Project Overview: A local developer placed an order with us to provide a bespoke piled foundation design for a block of 4 number town house, in Middlewich Cheshire.
Anvil Foundation's in-house engineer’s solution was to install 72no 168mm diameter steel cased bottom driven piles with a safe working load of 150kn to a depth of 8 meters linked by 192 linear meters of 450mm x 450mm reinforced concrete ground beam with a permanent formwork.
Contract complete in 12 days.
